I had my car inspected last Monday at 10 AM and was the ONLY car there to get inspected. I guess since they eliminated newer cars from the inspections, there are a lot fewer cars to inspect: ONLY CAR THERE TO BE INSPECTED! WOW!

If the city is losing money on it, then I'm all for dropping it. I'm not sure how anybody that pays property taxes could disagree.

I'm so tired of Memphis getting to vote to shurck their responsibilities and leaving it for the county, all the while they want to reap the benefits and "run" the whole process. All while leaving the county without any say. aybe they should vote to give up their city charter and allow the county to fix their mess.
