You guys still talking about global warming?? Geez. JeffersonTao, you have to realize by now that your comments only serve to entertain me. You can't debate with someone who refuses to change their opinion, even when it is proven to be wrong. You might as well have this discussion with your TV while FOX News is airing, as the people on TV will be just as deaf to your arguements while also vomitting other people's words at you.

Missy, you are confusing that boy with facts.....fact is, the earth has gone through regular cooling & warming cycles since its inception, and will continue to do so, man's impact is insignificant in the grand sheme.....no worries.....

Bad grammar is a sign of a poor education and it is very indicative of one's knowledge level. I agree it is a cheap shot, but you deserved it since you were pooh-poohing the need for an education. I even gave you an open opportunity to correct my grammar, but I knew it wouldn't happen.

People like Missy are incapable of changing their ideology in the face of new information and facts because they are making money off of fossil fuels and are unwilling to admit, or even entertain the possibility that the majority of climatologists are correct in their observations. I knew it wouldn't take long to see what possible motive Missy has for being so against science and education, and now we know.

A non sequitur argument Missy. Prediction about population and famine by one scientist are not the same as overwhelming evidence of unprecedented global warming. Try again. Your praise of Exxon shows why you are desperately looking for facts to support your position. Enough said. Go back to work at Exxon, Missy, and leave the climate studies to the climatologists.

In 1968, Paul Ehrlich predicted a population explosion to happen by now, with vast food shortages, world-wide famine. None of that has happened. Some people need to lend credibility to their otherwise insignificant lives. They do that by trying to scare the bejesus out of everybody, and making money for themselves, to boot. (Sorry if I dropped a comma there somewhere)

First, the earth had warmed two degrees. After challenge, they backed off and said it was 1.5 degrees. Then they said it was actually only 1 degree F. Now it's hovering around .5 degrees F! These are the genius's we're all supposed to butt-smooch? Please.

I'm aware of that article. It didn't seem to debunk any of the facts concerning MMGW. It merely tried to denigrate the signatories. Unspecified connections to Exxon Mobil (a wonderful company). Typical factless nonsense from the left. There has been no warming in ten years...gee, that's not what the alarmists said would happen. You have to believe that only the govt. can educate. THAT is the big lie. (You realize you are stooping to correcting my grammar on this forum; pretty cheap)
