And another thing: So let's just say someone is a "racist". Are "racists" not allowed to contact their state representatives to try to attempt to influence legislation? I thought EVERY citizen had the right to contact their state rep, congressman, city councilman, etc. And who decides if the views of that particular "racist" was the deciding factor in the way a state assemblyman votes? This just gets more and more ridiculous. The pettiness and arrogance of those 8 losers is amazing.

It's obvious intimidation. How could one possibly determine the "influence" of these comments? More cheap lawyerism is not what we need. Busing to achieve "equality" was a complete failure. Why is Mr. Mulroy so afraid of local schools? I'm thinking it's the control he's craving. Statists love telling everybody what they have to do.

Absolutely unbelievable. I must say that I was on the fence regarding the issue of municipal school district. NOW I support the muuni's 100%. This desperate and silly move is something one would see in a totalitarian country or in 1930's Germany perhaps, but not in the USA. I also would like to know why they are singling out the CA. Is that the only place this issue has been doscussed? Is it the only online forum? What about discussions in coffee shops, restaurants, on telephones? Are they going to tap everyone's telephone line? Is that next?
