BROWNSVILLE, TN (abc24.com) - Representatives from GeoComm, Inc. will soon be driving every road in Haywood County, marking addresses and surveying residents in an effort to improve 9-1-1 service.
The representatives will be in silver Hyundai Santa Fe's with GeoComm and 9-1-1 logos on both sides.
If your address can't be seen, they will approach the residence so they can confirm information. If you aren't home, they will leave behind a packet for an online survey.
The information will be kept confidential.
Haywood County's 9-1-1 director says cooperation will make sure your family gets the help it needs during an emergency.
