MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Several frustrated customers were left saying "no money" after a computer glitch at Mo' Money Tax Services.
A crowd gathered outside a location in southwest Memphis on February 1, 2012 when customers said they were told to come back after 3:00pm to collect their tax refunds. But when they arrived, they found the front door locked.
"I am very upset, because I have been calling and calling; they will not give us a response, they won't say, 'Ma'am, your money is here, or your money is there,' everybody is upset," said Katrice Nelson.
A man who identified himself as a manager of the Mo' Money Tax Services location on South Third and Brooks Road told abc24.com that a computer glitch is behind the delay. He said the company had been in meetings all day trying to straighten out the problem, and hope to have it fixed by Feb. 2nd.
