Until people start learning how to deal with conflicts in a positive and effective way this city will continue to decline. People need to have a pride about where they live and take care of their area, leaving it safe for children to grow up. I agree with new justice..crimes in the city need to be stiffer and stuck too!! If people feared the "system" a little more, they may think twice about their actions. Best of luck to this "new" owner....hopefully Whitehaven will CHOOSE to come up and be better and stop bein a town in the "dumps"

Get it? The invests are wasting their money. These folks have yet another excuse why the chose their illegal behaviors.Stiffer consquences for their choice and less excuses. INVEST in more jails. Build family complexes where adults can take care of their youth under strict supervision. The children are taught these behaviors from the adults. Stop drugs drug test for all services. If you can afford drugs you can afford food, if you can afford drugs you can afford to pay your own housing, and if you can afford a clean ride you can afford to pay both. Good luck taxpayer!
