Council Hopes to Boost Workforce for New Memphis Companies

More than a thousand jobs are expected in the next couple of years when Mitsubishi and Electrolux open their factories. Those jobs won't mean a thing if people in Memphis aren't qualified for them.

Tax initiatives are NOT investments. Investments are monies that YOU'VE earned and are willing to risk for the hope of a decent return. Let those companies worry about the work force and it's qualifications. Jeezel, get over yourselves.
