MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - A man was arrested for selling counterfeit t-shirts outside the Chris Brown concert at the FedEx Forum on Wednesday, October 26, 2011.

An affidavit says 23-year-old David McKay was arrested around 11:00 p.m. after police received a call about a group of people outside the FedEx Forum selling the t-shirts. The victim told police the people had been asked to leave the property several times.

When they arrived, police found McKay standing near the Rock and Soul museum holding counterfeit t-shirts with the images of Chris Brown, T-Pain, Bow Wow and Tyga.

McKay had 11 shirts in his hands when he was arrested and when police searched him, they found 11 more including several tied around his legs.

McKay was charged with sales by a transitory vendor without license and criminal trespass.

I guess the police would rather have the man selling drugs. It's a T-shirt...... Let him leave... but the system made more the 3,000 for this arrest. Think about it..you might be next.
