County Commissioners Balk at School Funding Request

Everybody knew the merged schools would need money, but not this much. The message from some Shelby County Commissioners is simple. Remember what the Rolling Stones said: "You can't always get what you want."

It's very simple If the County Commisson doesn't give the schools what they wants. The school board will point to that for any and all failures. This ship has sailed. If you disagree with the direction school funding is going your only option is moving out of shelby county. 31 dollars per month per 12 months equal 372. On the bright side property values will be going down.
