Crime Lab Didn't Perform Residue Test on Chavis Carter

Arkansas' state crime lab says it didn't perform gunshot residue testing on a man fatally shot in the head while handcuffed in a patrol car because it doesn't do that kind of analysis on victims of homicides or suicides.

It doesn't matter now. He told his girlfriend, while in the squad car that he had a gun. Must have had it stuck up his butt. freak! Anyway he saved the tax paying part of society a few dollars by ending it. pos
