MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - A customer at a Frayser adult bookstore was assaulted when he walked in on a robbery Tuesday morning.
Police were called to Fantasy Zone on the 2500-block of North Watkins around 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 27. Investigators say an armed suspect walked in and ordered everyone inside the business to lie on the ground. When the victim walked up from the back of the store to see what was happening, the suspect hit him in the head with his gun. The suspect jumped behind the counter, took money from the register and ran away.
The victim was treated by paramedics on the scene.
The suspect is described as a black male last seen wearing a gray hoodie, gray skull cap, blue jeans and black gloves.
