Yet an another moronic waste of time law. This is only for the dumbA s who think it is alright to take the family to the park for a picnic and target practice on the squirrels .

Obviously word of the constitutionally guaranteed right to keep and bear arms has not yet reached DeSoto county. Due to the proximity of the city of Memphis to DeSoto county, residents and visitors are well advised to keep their sidearms close at hand, particularly in isolated areas such as parks and trails, DeSoto counties law notwithstanding. I don't know about you, but I'd rather be judged by twelve than carried by six.
