TRUMANN, AR (abc24.com) - A terminally ill man and his caretaker were shot Sunday inside the mobile home they shared. Who would want them dead? That's the murder mystery police in Trumann, Arkansas have on their hands.

The bodies of 57-year-old John Poff and 56-year-old Constance Cole were found inside Poff's mobile home Sunday, September 2.

Trumann resident Martha Cook told abc24.com, "It hits too close to home." Cook's son lives in the same mobile home park where the two were murdered. She says when she heard about it, "I just got scared - chill bumps - I was afraid it may have been my son or my daughter."

Trumann Police Chief Chad Henson told abc24.com the home "looked like a tornado hit it."

The killer is still on the loose. Anyone with information is asked to call the Trumann Police Department.
