One of two suspects wanted for a deadly Christmas morning drive-by shooting is now in custody. 31-year-old Corey Albright, aka Corey Morris, was taken into custody on Tuesday night, December 27th.
The other suspect in the case, 22-year-old Rico Fleming, is still at large. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Both suspects are charged with one count of murder and five counts of drive-by shooting.
16-year-old Derica Patterson, a junior at Sheffield High School in Memphis, was killed. She was returning from a concert in Holly Springs, Mississippi with her brother and his friends when shot were fired at their vehicle on U.S. Highway 72 near Slayden, Mississippi; three other passengers were injured.
