MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Memphis Police arrested eight people after a large street fight broke out in a Frayser neighborhood Sunday night.
Officers were called to a disturbance on Smith Ridge just after 7 p.m. on March 4. When they arrived, they stated several hundred people were fighting, drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana with loud music blaring from one of the homes. Several vehicles were also parked on the street to prevent other cars from driving down the street.
Police made a statement over a loudspeaker for the crowd to get out of the street and move their vehicles but there orders were ignored. Additional police backup arrived on the scene to break up the crowd and make arrests. An ambulance treated several minor injuries.
The following suspects were charged:

- Robert Dale, 28; Assault-Bodily Harm, Disorderly Conduct, Inciting to Riot, Resisting Official Detention
- Calvon Davis, 21; Assault-Bodily Harm, Disorderly Conduct, Inciting to Riot, Resisting Official Detention
- Melissa Davis, 27; Assault-Bodily Harm, Disorderly Conduct, Inciting to Riot, Resisting Official Detention
- Dominga Hall, 48; Disorderly Conduct, Inciting to Riot, Resisting Official Detention
- Sharonn Hall, 24; Disorderly Conduct, Inciting to Riot, Resisting Official Detention
- Andre Moore, 26; Disorderly Conduct, Inciting to Riot, Resisting Official Detention
- Jessica Dale, 22; Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Official Detention
