When writing a ticked for a traffic violation, police will sometimes refer to "making the streets safer". Observe one on the move for ten minutes, and see how many traffic laws he breaks. How many police cars have they torn up?? How many innocent people have been injured or killed be their recklessness.

The officer hasn't been identified. The police aren't talking. The officer is likely 'suspended with pay pending the outcome of the investigation" - which of course the police conduct. If the situation were different - and a mere mundane slaughtered a heroic knight of justice, valor, and revenue collection - the driver would be in JAIL, and the media would be trumpeting the brave warrior that tragically lost his or her life in the line of duty! And still the thug union mouthpiece would say “Unfortunately it’s the nature of the job we do...." Well, in this case, he is totally correct - for the most part, police don't help people, they hurt people. But this time, THEY KILLED PEOPLE. And of course, they will NOT be held accountable, because they are better than us. Or so they think.
