MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Three people were fatally shot after a domestic fight broke out in a South Memphis home.
The incident occurred just before 6:00am on the 1600-block of Prescott on January 19, 2012. According to reports from the scene, the suspect was staying with his girlfriend at her family's home when they began fighting. When the girlfriend's father tried to intervene the suspect began firing shots.
The girlfriend, 23-year-old Pashea Fisher, and her father, 56-year-old Arithio Fisher, were pronounced dead at the scene. The girlfriend's mother, 46-year-old Patricia Fisher, was transported to The MED in critical condition but later died.
The suspect, identified by family members as 28-year-old Sedric Clayton, fled the scene but turned himself in to police a short time later. Clayton & Fisher's 4-year-old daughter was with the suspect when he fled, but was unharmed. She is now in state custody.
Pashea Fisher had worked in the General Sessions Court Clerk's Office since October 2008.
