Federal Judge Allows Shelby Co. Municipal Schools Vote

A federal judge has ruled in favor of Shelby County municipalities voting on whether to create their own school districts.

So does this mean Memphis has had an unconstitutional school district all of these years while the black community was in charge or only when the suburbs decided that they wanted their own school districts like Memphis has? Go Munis!!!

So the judge thinks municipal schools might be unconstitutional? MCS is unconstitutional?
