Former Clerk Otis Jackson Claims to be Sovereign Citizen

The "sovereigns" are vastly outnumbered (& outgunned)! As you might expect, your type 'self-correct' about 90% of the time. America; Love it, or LEAVE it!!!

Now, I'm not saying the he (Jackson) isn't a supreme tool for doing what he did (forcing his employees to fund raise). Yes, once he filed those papers (who "approves" those as the court doesn't really have authority over a SovCit) his status as a the clerk should be forfeit and all pay and benefits terminated.

@UnoHoo - Well, duh. If you are a Sovereign Citizen, then you are not part of the Federal Corporate system, so therefore you don't vote or hold any office. Besides, it not your country... It belongs to the corporation that is THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (I'm not shouting, that is the proper way to identify the company).

@SUBURB - what freedoms does our government 'allow'? What freedoms do our governments and military 'provide'? What the government should do is PROTECT our liberties and freedoms - and in all too many cases they go against their own rules and DESTROY those rights, liberties, and freedoms. So this former clerk goes to the opposite extreme and declares himself sovereign. I say he is no more extreme than Paudert, but that's just my opinion. Jackson and his stances are much closer to those of the framers of the Constitution than many of the self-important jackballs that pretend to lead thru tyranny and the color of law....

Whatever works. His arrogance is a testimony of his inability to understand he is not above the law. Guilty. Don't do the crime and there will be no time to do. Keep an eye on the news because this man is not rational and seems capable of retaliation methods.

What with the judge allowing him to act like that in court? Anybody else would have been held in contempt and locked up! Why wasn't he? Seems like the judge is scared to do anything to him !

Nor should he be allowed any firearms. Somebody better keep a close eye on that clown.
