JACKSON, TN (abc24.com) - Three people were arrested by police in Jackson, Tennessee for enlisting an underage teen to perform lewd acts for an amateur music video and giving her drugs and alcohol.
Police began investigating the case on Feb. 22 when the video surfaced on the internet. Recorded in a Jackson motel room, the video shows a partially-clothed 16-year-old girl dancing and simulating sex acts. Investigators also stated the girl was given alcohol, marijuana and prescription drugs during the video's production.
23-year-old Joey DeBerry, 19-year-old Elvin Ewell, 18-year-old Morgan McLemore and 28-year-old Marcuse Adams were all arrested and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
All four suspects are currently free on bond and are scheduled to appear in court on March 22.
