GERMANTOWN, TN (abc24.com) - Thanks to CrimeStoppers tips, one of two suspected home burglars in Germantown has been identified.

22-year-old Chase Lipsey and an unidentified white female are wanted for two home burglaries on Brierbrook Road and Sonning Drive on Wednesday, August 1. The suspects stole several items after breaking in through back doors.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Chase Lipsey on two counts of Aggravated Burglary and two counts of Theft of Property over $500. He is 5'11" tall, 155 lbs and is possibly driving a silver 1999 Honda Accord.

Anyone with information on Lipsey or the unidentified female suspect should call Germantown CrimeStoppers at (901) 757-CASH (2274).
