Germantown Police are still searching for two unidentified suspects involved in separate crimes.

On October 5th a white male identifying himself as a United States Marine approached a man at the Chick-fil-A in Germantown asking him for a loan of $550. The suspect claimed that his wallet was locked in his car and would repay the man upon retrieval of his wallet. The victim then drove the man to an ATM and withdrew the $550 dollars, but became suspicious and began asking questions. The suspect then fled the scene on foot.

A separate crime on October 23rd involved a female who is believed to have stolen a wallet containing personal information and credit cards from an assisted living facility in Germantown. Within three hours of the theft the suspect used one of the stolen credit cards at various stores, charging more than $4,000.

Anyone with information about these suspects is asked to call Germantown Crime Stoppers at 901-757-2274.
