If Governor Haslam is not asking the hostile takeover of our school system to slow down, then why is he asking the municipal plans to slow down? He is putting the mayors in a place of either defying him or defying the citizens they represent. We have not been given the luxury of time to slow down...the takeover is happening, even though we were not permitted to vote on it.
