MOSCOW, TN— Just three days after being added to the TBI’s Most Wanted list Rico Fleming's house has burned to the ground. Fleming is charged with killing 16-year-old Derica Patterson on Christmas day and he has a history of violence.

The fire started 10:30 p.m.Friday in the 3500 block of Price Road in Moscow, Tennessee. The State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating what caused the fire.

"It was probably a good size fire,” said Jacob Wooley who lives across the street. “They had the whole street blocked off and a bunch of firefighters out."

Just one wall is left standing after flames engulfed the house.  Wooley has lived in thel rural community for nearly 9 years and says the fire seems strange.

"It's pretty crazy," Wooley said.

Neighbors say 2 children lived in the house along with Fleming's mother and grandmother. No one was home when it went up in flames Friday night. Wooley says he's never seen Rico Fleming  in his neighborhood but has bumped into his family.

"They're real friendly and never had any problems out here. They were real quiet, kept to themselves. They were good neighbors,” Wooley told ABC24 news.

They wish they could say the same about Fleming. The 22 year old has a long rap sheet including an aggravated assault arrest just days before Christmas when police say he killed Derica Patterson.

“It really doesn't freak me out because what Fleming does, doesn't have to do anything with his family really,” said Wooley.

Police consider Rico Fleming armed and dangerous. There is a $1,000 reward for any information leading to his arrest.

I blame the news media for one putting his mother address all over the news. This could have been avoided. Second they are running Fleming name down in the ground. Third they will not talk about the Fleming mother getting shot up and his little brother being shot im the mist of it just before all this all even happen.

whoever did this, shame on you. This will not bring that poor child back. His family did not pull the trigger. Now you to are just as much at guilt than the next
