MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - After a rash of evening car break-ins in southeast Shelby County, home surveillance photos caught the suspects in the act and investigators need help identifying them.

The suspects have hit unlocked cars and will even pry out the car windows of vehicles parked at residences, whether they're parked in the driveway or on the street. They have burglarized vehicles in the areas of Bronze Cove, Lowrance Road, E. Shelby Drive, and Laurel Lake Drive, as well as Ivanhoe Forrest Cove, where the surveillance photos were taken.

Items taken include laptop computers, cash, credit cards, phones, purses and rims.

The Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in trying to catch these criminals and solve these crimes.

Anyone with information on this incident should call CrimeStoppers at (901) 528-CASH (2274) or the Shelby County detective unit at (901) 222-5600. You can also submit your tip at 528cash.org, or text the word AWARD to 274637 (CRIMES). You will remain anonymous, and you could be eligible to receive a $1,000 cash reward.
