JACKSON, TN (abc24.com) - A west Tennessee man, with a history of asking women to show him their feet, was arrested after trespassing into a woman's apartment to watch her sleep.
Jackson Police were called to an apartment on the 200-block of Morningside Drive around 7:45 p.m. on Friday, September 21. When they arrived, a woman told officers her father had found a neighbor, 50-year-old Donald Morrow, standing the living room of her apartment while she was asleep.
She said Morrow had made her uncomfortable on several occasions asking to see her feet, and told him to stay away from her. She also said her daughter had seen him looking in her bedroom window.
Police took Morrow into custody Monday, October 1, and he admitted to investigators he walked in the apartment through an unlocked door and stood over the woman to watch her sleep.
Donald Morrow was charged with Stalking and Criminal Trespass. He was booked at the Madison County Jail on $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court October 11.
Morrow had pleaded guilty to Simple Assault and Public Intoxication in October 2011 for approaching a teenage girl at an area Dollar Tree store to show him her feet. He was sentenced to 30 days of inpatient treatment and released.
