Lawsuit Filed over District 4 School Board Election Results

Kenneth T. Whalum, Jr. has filed a lawsuit challenging the results of the August 2 election recently certified by the Shelby County Election Commission.

Whalum's ego is as big as the state of Tennessee. Hopefully, any recount or re-vote will show him defeated by an even bigger margin.
