libertyfirst & ghettoboy sounds like they may have some parking issues. the town should go one step further and set up road block and check for proof of insurance - when the drivers have none the car should be impounded and the driver fined. it comes down to one thing - personal responsiblity - if you don't like the freaking law - don't break it...

Only government can justify stealing a car worth thousands of dollars for to satisfy their 10 dollar fine. Because we know government NEVER makes a mistake.
