MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - A Memphis police officer was involved in a car crash on Monday, November 7, 2011, around 8:30 a.m. in Hickory Hill.
Memphis police tell abc24.com that the officer called dispatch to say he had been involved in the accident at the intersection of Mendenhall and Cottonwood.
The officer was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition, as were the 2 women in the other car.
Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
