MS Animal Control Officer Charged with Prostitution

A Tippah County mother and her two daughters have filed charges against a former Ripley, Mississippi animal control officer. They say when they called to have a dog picked up, he tried picking them up.

Not surprising considering that nothing but the scum of the Earth works at that shelter. Who else could they get? What decent person could stand to work in a place where homeless pets are systematically put to death.
