CORDOVA, TN (abc24.com) - A man was arrested for attacking a co-worker at their common place of employment in the 7800 block of Trinity Road in Cordova on October 8, 2011, around 6:30 p.m.
An affidavit says Phong Thanh Le was arrested after he picked up the victim, carried her across the room and laid her on the floor. The document says Le then forced his hand up the victim's shirt.
The document says the incident was caught on video, but Le refused to give a statement.
Le has been charged with sexual battery.
