MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - A man was arrested for trying to board a plane with an undeclared gun in his baggage on Friday, October 28, 2011 at the Memphis International Airport.
An affidavit says Earnest Coley, Jr. was trying to fly out of Memphis when TSA agents found a .38 special in his checked baggage. Coley had not declared the weapon and, after a search, was arrested.
Coley did claim ownership of the gun when he was arrested.
