MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - A man was caught by police with a can of cleaner at a Memphis-area AutoZone, and he wasn't using it on his car.

Memphis Police were called to AutoZone on the 1700-block of Sycamore View on January 30, 2012 when employees noticed suspicious activity in the parking lot. When they arrived, they saw a man spray carburetor cleaner onto his undershirt, place the shirt to his face and inhale the chemical.

41-year-old Joseph Carter was arrested and charged with Unlawful Inhaling of Glue, Paint, etc. He was cleared by paramedics and taken to the Shelby County Jail.

@Wintermute: the 'pigs' don't prohibit anything, why don't you check with your state legislature. there is a BIG difference between law makers (state representatives) & law enforcers (police) :)
