Man Pardoned while Awaiting Charges for DUI Death

There's more fallout over the 200 pardons by former Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour. A victim's family said there is a repeat DUI offender who was also pardoned, even while sitting in jail waiting to be charged for killing their teenage daughter while driving drunk.

There's something hidden here, some untold part of the story. There has to be a lot of money involved, first how can a person that has 3 DUI's in a matter of months, be considered for a pardon? When was he rehabilitated? Which of his rich family members or rich friends made sure he received help or sent him to rehab? How did they determine that he was cured? How about the DA's office? Why did it take 3 months to even open the case? How come he was charged with another DUI but not with Vehicular Manslaughter? What about the retired US attorney who so responsibly and with such devotion said that Bostnick had quit drinking? I would like to know how this wend from suggestions from rich and powerful people, to the parole board, to the district attorneys office then to the Governor for pardon consideration and then aproved and sent to the the department of corrections and cleared all these departments and venues faster than it took the DA's office to file charges for DUI causing a death? They had the accident report, they had the dead young victim, they had the person responsible for the death, what created the hessitation in the DA'S office to file charges? I have the very very strong feeling, that there's more at play here. I believe that this is a conglomerate of corrupt people, that intentionally delayed case, in order to give this man enough time to be pardoned. Further more, I believe that the rest of the pardons, were a distraction to blend this one in there, hoping it would escape the media. At the end, people would be paying a lot more attention to 4 pardond convicted murderes, than to a pardon for DUI. They underestimated mom's suffering, the didn't count on her being so open to the media and sharing her story. I am not a conspiracy freak, but I really do believe that this is the case we should be reviewing. If the glove fits............
