RIPLEY, TN (abc24.com) - According to the Lauderdale Sheriff's Office, two fights involving around 400 gang members broke out in the town of Ripley.
The fights occurred on Thursday, Feb. 23 on Gay Street; the first fight happened around 4 p.m., the second fight around 6 p.m., Lauderdale Sheriff Steve Sanders told ABC 24 News. No injuries have been reported.
Tipton County Sheriff's Office assisted in breaking up the fights, but only a few arrests were made due to the size of the crowd.
Investigators stated the fights could be related to a shooting at a Ripley club over the weekend.
