Mayor Seeks Advice on Youth Gun Violence from Gang Leaders

Between 2008 and 2011, 400 people under the age of 24 were shot and killed in Memphis. Mayor A C Wharton says he's tired of it, and he's asking for help from everybody - even gang leaders.

There are no fathers in most of these homes crackin' the d88m whip. They were enabled by public policy supported by the mayor. These chickens truly have come home to roost.
