Gregory Carter doesn't have much. He doesn't drive a nice car. He doesn't have a huge house. But he has his daughter, and she's alive after being shot in the neck. So, he's putting what he does have, to make sure the man who shot his daughter is caught.

"The prayers worked, and Dimesha survived." Yeah, no, it wasn't the doctors and medical technology and all that silly science stuff that allowed her to survive. It was prayer. Too bad no one prayed for her to not get shot in the neck, we could've avoided this whole situation.
