Memphis Officer Charged with DUI in Oakland

Another Memphis officer ends up on the wrong side of the law. The MPD officer was charged with DUI; his case is now headed to the grand jury.

First of all... None of you know the whole story. Second, Oakland, TN does not give a breathalyzer...because they do not have them. Third, With a minor in the car under the age of 16 it is mandatory blood draw which the officer in question requested and was denied even though it is the law and would have cleared the officer in question. While all this is going on the DA wife was killed by apparenly his drunk driving mistress driving his car and totaled it and only got ten days in jail. This officer could loose his career to absolute utter stupidity on the behalf of the Oakland police department!!! Get a life and ABC should in fact print the entire truth..

way to go, especially endangering the life of YOUR child and others. The child, what kind of example are you setting for he or she????
