Memphis Officers Involved in Fatal Shooting Back on the Job

Two Memphis officers who fatally shot a man in the parking lot of a Parkway Village apartment complex will not face any charges, and have been cleared to return to work in a limited capacity.

I finally figured it out. If you have enough babies, let them raise each other. Then, eventually one of thems thug life style will bring them to a confrontation with the police. They get killed. You sue the city for millions and "BINGO" its payday!
