Memphis Police ID Officer in Animal Hoarding Shooting

The Memphis Police Department has identified the officer who shot and killed an accused animal hoarder.

Jar Head, if you would get your head out of your rear end and talk to some people who actually lived around this animal hoarder, you would understand what a dangerous man he was. He threatened children in the neighborhood. Parents did not want their children to play in their own back yards because this man was so threatending. He took the first shot at the police and they had no other recourse.

Good shot. A lot of innocent dogs and other animals were probably saved from horrible lives.

Taking bets that the Memphis Jack Boot Thugs after the example of TACT officer Phillip Penn won't be doing the same to the HUNDREDS OF ALLOWED AND SANCTIONED AND PROTECTED BY MEMPHIS GOV. drug houses! Nope...all the calls to the MPD about them continue to be IGNORED. But at least they got the chance to exercise and practice their Nazi Training...gunning down an old man who is not worth the time to "reason with". Hopefully this will prepare them for the upcoming orders to take away guns from law abiding citizens...right Penn!? By the way Penn, you have my vote for being a cold blooded killer!
