MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Police say a man shot dead in the driveway of a southwest Memphis home early Wednesday morning knew his killer.
Officers were called to a home on the 900-block of Fields Road just before 2 a.m. on Wednesday, October 31. When they arrived they found a 26-year-old man shot dead in the driveway. His identity has not been released.
Investigators say the victim was sitting in the driveway when a dark SUV pulled up and someone the victim knew came out with a gun and shot him. The suspect got back in the SUV and drove away before police arrived.
