MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - The man who was supposed to be the role model for a 7-year-old boy has been arrested for raping him.

Christopher Bostick, 21, is charged with Rape of a Child. According to the police affidavit, the victim described several sex acts he was forced to perform with Bostick, including attempted sodomy.

Investigators say Bostick was a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Memphis. Bostick was also listed on the website sittercity.com as a babysitter; the website has since removed his profile.

Bostick is being held at the Shelby County Jail on $250,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court November 15.

This is so sad to hear. I can't wait for a time when the Bible's promise in Psalms 37:29 comes true. "The righteous themselves will possess the earth,And they will reside forever upon it." This means peaceful conditions worldwide!!
