Millington Grieves Sudden Loss of High School Football Player

Students at Millington Central High School are mourning the loss of one of the school's starting football players. 15-year-old Dana Payne died Tuesday night shortly after he was tackled during practice.

Soo sad..heartbreaking!! I didn't know this young man nor his family, but my heart breaks for them. Prayers are with Dana Payne's family, friends, teammates, classmates, school facility, and all the people whom lives he touched. It seems that he was a good kid with a bright future...sad that it all closed down waaayyy too early.....Prayers....
