Memphis, TN (abc24.com) - More problems for Mo' Money Tax Service, as it continues to grapple with a computer glitch that has left many customers waiting on their tax refunds.
"We got to pay our bills, rent, light bill, and they are holding me up, it is past my time," said Myrtle Adams as she waited outside the Mo' Money main office in Whitehaven.
"The IRS already gave them their money they should be able to give us ours," said Ebony Benson.
Mo' Money said a computer glitch between IRS and the bank that processes Mo Money's refunds is the reason for the delay.
"We need our money. We don't file to wait forever," said Susan Byrd.
After being told her check wasn't ready, Shiretta Humphries was on her last nerve.
"They need to try and do something because I'm not leaving today until I get mine," siad Humphries.
Company executives say they hoped to have the problem figured out by Friday night, and a few people did get their checks. A manager at the main office said they'll work through the weekend to try and get the problem figured out.
