MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - Memphis police have identified one suspect in a deadly home invasion earlier this month, and have issued a warrant for his arrest.
25-year-old Brandon Taliaferro is wanted for a shooting at a home on Clinchstone Circle just after 10 p.m. on Tuesday, August 7. Officers found 37-year-old Jernario Taylor with a gunshot wound lying on the floor inside the home, and he was transported to The MED where he died a short time later.
Investigators say Taliaferro and a second unidentified suspect shot Taylor after they forced their way into his home and demanded money.
Brandon Taliaferro is wanted for First Degree Murder in Perpetration of Aggravated Robbery. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
