The City of Memphis better look up Souza verses American Medical Response. She is now a wealthy women after being terminated over Facebook post about her employer. I hope the first person they terminate sues their pants off.

I thought I already commented on this, but AC, we are not going to let you get away with this apparent overkill. You should demand the media print or link to the entire policy so Mulroy or I can analyze it and sue you if indicated.

Memphis, we are bigger/stronger than this and we need to abandon this harsh policy. I defend Memphis whenever I see malicious, misleading statements about our City. However, when we start to tell people what they can (in this instance cannot) say, Memphis, you are putting yourself down!! No one can save an entity that fears criticism.
