MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Federal law enforcement officials in Memphis announced a new unit to fight gang crime.
U.S. Attorney Edward Stanton, Memphis Police Director Toney Armstrong and other officials gathered Monday morning to discuss the creation of a new, multi-agency gang enforcement and investigative unit for Memphis, Shelby County and West Tennessee.
