MEMPHIS, TN (abc24.com) - No charges will be filed in the deadly shooting of a man during a domestic incident in the Frayser area Sunday morning.

Memphis police were called to the 4000-block of Cliffdale Street just before 3 a.m. on Sunday, May 6. When they arrived on the scene, officers found 28-year-old Jeremy Hill shot dead.

Investigators state that Hill was the estranged husband of the homeowner, and had broken windows to force his way inside the house. Hill then attacked another man in the house and was shot during the altercation.

The Attorney General's Office reviewed the evidence in the case and determined that no criminal charges would be fled.
