Doesn;t matter in the long run anyway, anti-gay prejudice is dying a slow death. Young people as a rule don't have a problem with gay people and the older people who do are dying out. I don’t like red-headed people. I think they're disgusting, and their freckles and pale skin freak me out. Also, due to my lack of education, I believe red-heads have no soul. It shouldn’t be illegal for me to fire or discriminate against them due to my own biased and uneducated opinions. In fact, there should be laws in place that protect my right express my negative opinions. Does all that sound entirely illogical and ridiculous? That’s because it is. Fact of the matter, the thought of two men together creeps me out. But as a logical person, I’m smart enough to know I can’t (or shouldn’t) vote to discriminate against an entire class of people just so I don’t feel uncomfortable. You don’t like violence on TV? Change the channel, don’t go making everything PG rated because of your own sensitivities.

Oh sure, you're entitled to your opinion, you're just not entitled to enact your bigotry into law. you can personally hate homosexuality all you want. In fact, you can obsess over it if you want to. MOst other people, like me, think about this issue as a non-event and go on with our lives.
