HAPPY NEW YEARS! Well... I think that if there's a way for someone to help low income families, single moms or 1st time buyer's to get into a home, I think it's well worth giving it a try. There are so many negative people in this world. Those that have negative comments are those that are jealous for some reason or another. Maybe it didn't work out for you guys, but don't knock someone elses BLESSINGS.:-)

Wait, I've seen this before. And then came the housing bust & foreclosures. Becoming a homeowner isn't the same as staying a homeowner. There are payments, taxes, insurance & upkeep. I sure hope it all works out
